Con esta entrega, la dependencia suma m\u00e1s de 250 reconocimientos entregados en todo el estado durante la administraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Este galard\u00f3n incentiva entornos positivos que impacten en la productividad y salud emocional de las y los trabajadores. Para obtenerlo las empresas debieron completar satisfactoriamente un ciclo de capacitaciones en \u00e1reas fundamentales como el manejo del estr\u00e9s laboral, opciones de financiamiento y excelencia en el servicio.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la ceremonia, el titular de la dependencia, Luis Arturo Santiago Mart\u00ednez, destac\u00f3 que este reconocimiento acredita que los centros de trabajo mantienen un ambiente de armon\u00eda y colaboraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>De manera complementaria, la Direcci\u00f3n de Inspecci\u00f3n del Trabajo organiz\u00f3 el conversatorio titulado Di\u00e1logos por la justicia: Hacia la jornada laboral de 40 horas donde representantes de los sectores productivo y sindical intercambiaron perspectivas, viabilidad y beneficios.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*En Orizaba, sectores intercambiaron perspectivas sobre jornada laboral de 40 horas.
