{"id":523095,"date":"2026-03-30T18:22:21","date_gmt":"2026-03-31T00:22:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/billieparkernoticias.com\/?p=523095"},"modified":"2026-03-30T18:22:21","modified_gmt":"2026-03-31T00:22:21","slug":"organiza-sev-juegos-hibridos-para-promover-la-actividad-fisica-en-telesecundarias","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fronteraveracruz.com\/?p=523095","title":{"rendered":"Organiza SEV Juegos H\u00edbridos para promover la actividad f\u00edsica en telesecundarias"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>*Forma parte de las acciones previas al D\u00eda Mundial de la Actividad F\u00edsica.<\/p>\n<p>Xalapa, Ver., 30 de marzo de 2026.\u2013 Con el objetivo de presentar a la comunidad estudiantil nuevas tendencias en actividad f\u00edsica, la Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n de Veracruz (SEV), a trav\u00e9s de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Educaci\u00f3n F\u00edsica Federalizada, en coordinaci\u00f3n con la Subdirecci\u00f3n de Telesecundarias, llev\u00f3 a cabo el proyecto Juegos H\u00edbridos en el estadio Heriberto Jara Corona.<\/p>\n<p>Participaron 100 estudiantes de 12 a 17 a\u00f1os de las telesecundarias Adolfo Ruiz Cortines, Ej\u00e9rcito Mexicano, Emiliano Zapata Salazar, Enrique C. R\u00e9bsamen, Francisco Javier Clavijero, Jos\u00e9 Emilio Pacheco, L\u00e1zaro C\u00e1rdenas del R\u00edo, Octavio Paz Lozano, Rafael Ram\u00edrez Casta\u00f1eda y Vicente Guerrero Salda\u00f1a, pertenecientes a la zona escolar n\u00famero 75, Sector 23.<\/p>\n<p>La estrategia combin\u00f3 ejercicios de resistencia en un circuito cerrado; las y los estudiantes recorrieron un total de 180 metros y practicaron seis estaciones con diferentes movimientos y repeticiones. Seis alumnas y alumnos obtuvieron los mejores tiempos en las ramas femenil y varonil, en las categor\u00edas inicial y avanzada, respectivamente.<\/p>\n<p>La actividad se desarroll\u00f3 en un ambiente de sana convivencia, con la participaci\u00f3n de madres y padres de familia, lo que reforz\u00f3 la importancia del ejercicio f\u00edsico como elemento de integraci\u00f3n social y factor clave para el desarrollo integral de ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes.<\/p>\n<p>Este proyecto se enmarca en las acciones previas al D\u00eda Mundial de la Actividad F\u00edsica, que se conmemora el pr\u00f3ximo 06 de abril, con el prop\u00f3sito de fomentar la pr\u00e1ctica cotidiana del ejercicio y sensibilizar a la comunidad educativa sobre sus beneficios para la salud.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*Forma parte de las acciones previas al D\u00eda Mundial de la Actividad F\u00edsica.
