{"id":509649,"date":"2026-01-02T07:40:38","date_gmt":"2026-01-02T13:40:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/billieparkernoticias.com\/?p=509649"},"modified":"2026-01-02T07:40:38","modified_gmt":"2026-01-02T13:40:38","slug":"no-pudieron-entregar-ixhuatlan-del-cafe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fronteraveracruz.com\/?p=509649","title":{"rendered":"No pudieron entregar Ixhuatl\u00e1n del Caf\u00e9 ."},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li>DE PRIMERA MANO<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>*Viridiana levanta un acta por el incumplimiento<\/p>\n<p>*Ignorancia, incapacidad o ambas de Dora<\/p>\n<p>\/Por Omar Z\u00fa\u00f1iga\/<\/p>\n<p>A estas alturas del a\u00f1o se habr\u00e1n completado la mayor\u00eda de las entregas-recepci\u00f3n en los 212 ayuntamientos del estado, cuyo plazo legal terminaba este 1 de enero, de acuerdo a la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Municipio Libre.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, en Ixhuatl\u00e1n del Caf\u00e9, la alcaldesa <strong>Viridiana Bret\u00f3n Feito<\/strong> simple y llanamente no pudo recibir la administraci\u00f3n debido a que el cabildo saliente, sea por ignorancia, por desidia, por incapacidad, <em>valemadrismo<\/em> o por todas juntas, incumplieron con el llenado de los cinco formatos los formatos para llevar a cabo la entrega-recepci\u00f3n, que la ley exige.<\/p>\n<p>El contralor pensaba que nada m\u00e1s eran cuatro formatos y no, la ley pide cinco formatos que es Congreso del Estado, Orfis, Contralor\u00eda Interna y administraciones entrante y saliente.<\/p>\n<p>El gobierno municipal saliente no ten\u00eda nada bien documentado ni firmado.<\/p>\n<p>Bret\u00f3n Feito fue citada a las 10:00 horas para cumplir con la recepci\u00f3n, y cuando lleg\u00f3 le dijeron que dec\u00eda su mam\u00e1 que siempre no, que mejor fuera a las 12:00.<\/p>\n<p>A las 12:00 le dijeron que mmm, tampoco, mejor que regresara a las 13:00 horas y al final, Viri, lleg\u00f3 a las 2 y no hubo nada.<\/p>\n<p>A esa hora, los salientes segu\u00edan firmando y finalmente a las 17:00 horas, Viri y su equip\u00f3 decidieron que se levantara un acta para dejar por escrito que no les entregaron la administraci\u00f3n, pues adem\u00e1s se dio el reconocimiento del contralor saliente de que no terminar\u00edan con el papeleo.<\/p>\n<p>Esto incluye por supuesto, Palacio Municipal, y parque vehicular y el largo etc\u00e9tera que implica la entrega de un Ayuntamiento.<\/p>\n<p>Este viernes 2 de enero regresar\u00e1n a Palacio Municipal para ver si ahora s\u00ed, la administraci\u00f3n que encabez\u00f3 <strong>Dora Ang\u00e9lica Galicia<\/strong> le hace entrega formal para que se pongan a trabajar, en una intensa chamba que implica adem\u00e1s del trabajo cotidiano y los proyectos municipales, revisar y desentra\u00f1ar varias irregularidades, como un adeudo de 12 millones de pesos a contratistas que la Tesorer\u00eda saliente tendr\u00edan en efectivo y por supuesto, no habr\u00eda comprobaci\u00f3n de origen de esos recursos, pues se tiene obligaci\u00f3n de que las operaciones financieras sean electr\u00f3nicas, entonces Dora tendr\u00eda tambi\u00e9n un problema de operaciones con recursos de procedencia il\u00edcita.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>*****<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Haiga sido como haiga sido, solidaridad con Viridiana, en espera de que todo se resuelva a la brevedad, dese\u00e1ndole el mayor de los \u00e9xitos a su gobierno municipal 2026-2029.
