{"id":490749,"date":"2025-08-22T06:50:05","date_gmt":"2025-08-22T12:50:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/billieparkernoticias.com\/?p=490749"},"modified":"2025-08-22T06:50:05","modified_gmt":"2025-08-22T12:50:05","slug":"la-carretera-federal-180-podria-destrozarse-mas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fronteraveracruz.com\/?p=490749","title":{"rendered":"LA CARRETERA FEDERAL 180 PODR\u00cdA DESTROZARSE M\u00c1S ."},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li>CAF\u00c9 DE MA\u00d1ANA .<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\/ Por Jos\u00e9 Luis Enr\u00edquez Ambell \/<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Los trabajos de rehabilitaci\u00f3n a la carretera federal 180 en Veracruz \u2013llamada costera del golfo\u2013 tienen afectaciones severas por varios tramos, y algunos est\u00e1n destrozados.<\/p>\n<p>La red carretera federal requiere varios millones de pesos para su conservaci\u00f3n ante los hundimientos, deslaves y otros da\u00f1os que existen en el norte, centro y sur del estado.<\/p>\n<p>Estos hundimientos y deslaves pueden llegar a generar un agravamiento mayor a la poblaci\u00f3n en lo econ\u00f3mico y la seguridad, pues no s\u00f3lo poco le est\u00e1n haciendo, sino que el malestar social en las localidades afectadas podr\u00eda derivar en bloqueos carreteros.<\/p>\n<p>En la regi\u00f3n de Los Tuxtlas, por ejemplo, las acciones de mantenimiento y conservaci\u00f3n por parte de la SICT son pocas por no decir nulas. Se requieren trabajos que vayan m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de limpieza: fresado, tendido de carpeta asf\u00e1ltica, se\u00f1al\u00e9tica de todo tipo. Y por lo visto, a estas alturas del ejercicio presupuestal, no parece que sea posible atenderse ni siquiera parcialmente.<\/p>\n<p>Lo anterior avisa que no hay garant\u00eda en la seguridad de los usuarios y de la poblaci\u00f3n que vive en los m\u00e1rgenes de la 180 pero tambi\u00e9n de quienes la utilizamos.<\/p>\n<p>Aunado a la poca coordinaci\u00f3n con los ayuntamientos \u2013que son los m\u00e1s cercanos a las salidas de la v\u00eda\u2013 la tarea interinstitucional es punto muerto. El esfuerzo del gobierno de Veracruz solo no es suficiente, y habr\u00e1 de reconocerse que el problema es amplio y profundo para la circulaci\u00f3n por la 180.<\/p>\n<p>El pasado mes de julio, la SICT en Veracruz anunci\u00f3 trabajos de repavimentaci\u00f3n en la carretera federal 180 Paso del Toro\u2013Acayucan, en los tramos Alvarado\u2013Santiago Tuxtla y Santiago Tuxtla\u2013Acayucan. Sin embargo, esto no se ha materializado, pese a que la misma dependencia reconoce que por esa ruta transitan en promedio casi 15 mil veh\u00edculos diarios.<\/p>\n<p>En zonas serranas de entre Santiago Tuxtla y Acayucan ya hay comunidades que pretenden manifestarse, seg\u00fan se comenta en reuniones de la poblaci\u00f3n en parques y sitios donde se encuentran.<\/p>\n<p>PARA POSTRE<\/p>\n<p>La temporada de ciclones en el Atl\u00e1ntico inici\u00f3 en junio y concluir\u00e1 el 30 de noviembre. Este periodo convierte a Veracruz en un estado con alta vulnerabilidad a impactos directos o indirectos. Y nuestras v\u00edas de comunicaci\u00f3n corren mayor riesgo de quedar incomunicadas y afectar m\u00e1s a la gente.<\/p>\n<p>Para esta cuenca se prev\u00e9 la formaci\u00f3n de cinco tormentas tropicales, un par de huracanes de categor\u00eda 1 o 2 y otros de categor\u00eda 3, 4 o 5. M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la precisi\u00f3n, la CONAGUA con su informaci\u00f3n oportuna, nos advierte que los ciclones y lluvias favorecen el deterioro de nuestras carreteras.
