{"id":486519,"date":"2025-07-23T06:45:03","date_gmt":"2025-07-23T12:45:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/billieparkernoticias.com\/?p=486519"},"modified":"2025-07-23T06:45:03","modified_gmt":"2025-07-23T12:45:03","slug":"transporte-publico-y-privado-taxis-uber-y-didi-en-carretera-leal-y-legal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fronteraveracruz.com\/?p=486519","title":{"rendered":"TRANSPORTE P\u00daBLICO Y PRIVADO; TAXIS, UBER Y DIDI EN CARRETERA LEAL Y LEGAL"},"content":{"rendered":"<div dir=\"auto\">* CAF\u00c9 DE MA\u00d1ANA :<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\/ Por Jos\u00e9 Luis Enr\u00edquez Ambell \/<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">El transporte p\u00fablico de taxis, en su relaci\u00f3n con el servicio de Uber o similares, circula por la carretera entre la competencia leal, legal e ilegal en todos los esquemas de movilidad.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Las alternativas descansan sobre precios y comodidades diferentes, y entre precios quiz\u00e1 bajos o quiz\u00e1 altos, pero no dejan de resultar opciones para los usuarios, por encima de los intereses de unos y otros.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Algunos taxistas tradicionales argumentan que no est\u00e1n de acuerdo con el precio regulado por el gobierno del estado de Veracruz, pero hay quienes, si bien parecen estar de acuerdo, no han mostrado inconformidad alguna ante el decreto publicado en la Gaceta Oficial.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Los costos operativos y la situaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica en el pa\u00eds promueven la competencia entre quienes ofertan el servicio de transporte de pasajeros para la poblaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de taxis y similares, y es as\u00ed como han surgido Uber, DiDi, entre otros, que incluso no solo operan en Veracruz, sino en el mundo, mediante las aplicaciones instaladas en tel\u00e9fonos m\u00f3viles y a trav\u00e9s de plataformas que compiten en el mercado de los viajes de taxis, compartidos y transporte privado.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Cabe decir que, a diferencia de casi todo el universo del servicio de taxis, las aplicaciones digitales ofertan servicios adicionales como el transporte ejecutivo, veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos o transporte de larga distancia.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">La elecci\u00f3n de la mejor opci\u00f3n para el usuario ordinario depende de sus necesidades individuales, de la disponibilidad y precios en la zona de inter\u00e9s.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">En todos los escenarios \u2014taxis, Ubers, Didis u otros\u2014 juega un papel importante la ubicaci\u00f3n geogr\u00e1fica para moverse y, en particular, el precio por el que transita entre la demanda, la distancia, el horario, d\u00eda o noche. Esos son factores que hacen diferencia entre el servicio de uno u otro.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">DE SOBREMESA<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Los servicios de transporte como taxi, Uber, DiDi o similares son mecanismos en torno a la libertad de tr\u00e1nsito de las personas. En nuestra Constituci\u00f3n se consagra la libertad de pensamiento, expresi\u00f3n y tr\u00e1nsito \u2014entre otras\u2014 como derechos elementales de la persona.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Y es que, de conformidad con nuestra Carta Magna, las personas pueden desplazarse libremente por todo el territorio nacional sin necesidad de contar con pasaporte o alg\u00fan otro permiso parecido.
