11.07.2025 Habana, Cuba.- Guillermo \u201cCoco\u201d Fari\u00f1as Hern\u00e1ndez, Coordinador General del Foro Antitotalitario Unido (FANTU), fue detenido este viernes 11 de julio en su vivienda en Santa Clara, cuando se conmemoran cuatro a\u00f1os de las protestas del 11J en la isla.<\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan denunci\u00f3 el activista\u00a0Jos\u00e9 Ra\u00fal Rodr\u00edguez Rangel, el coronel ‘Abelardo’, de la polic\u00eda pol\u00edtica cubana,\u00a0irrumpi\u00f3 violentamente en el domicilio del l\u00edder opositor y se lo llev\u00f3 detenido.<\/p>\n

Hasta el momento se desconoce el paradero de Fari\u00f1as.<\/p>\n

Ya esta semana,\u00a0Fari\u00f1as y otros miembros del FANTU\u00a0fueron advertidos por la Seguridad del Estado de no hacer activismo,\u00a0en v\u00edsperas del cuarto aniversario de las protestas antigubernamentales de julio de 2021.<\/p>\n

M\u00e1s opositores y familiares de presos pol\u00edticos se han visto afectados por la cercan\u00eda de dicha fecha.<\/p>\n

Entre los m\u00e9todos m\u00e1s comunes est\u00e1 negarle el pase a presos pol\u00edticos del 11J que se encuentran en m\u00ednima severidad (campamento) y citaciones a sus familiares, para ‘advertirles’ de no salir esta semana.<\/p>\n
