{"id":478332,"date":"2025-05-26T21:36:44","date_gmt":"2025-05-27T03:36:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/billieparkernoticias.com\/?p=478332"},"modified":"2025-05-26T21:36:44","modified_gmt":"2025-05-27T03:36:44","slug":"ople-veracruz-aprueba-comisionar-a-personal-del-spen-para-jornada-electoral-y-sesion-de-computo-del-pelo-2024-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fronteraveracruz.com\/?p=478332","title":{"rendered":"OPLE Veracruz aprueba comisionar a personal del SPEN para jornada electoral y sesi\u00f3n de c\u00f3mputo del PELO 2024-2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>*<\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong>Xalapa, Veracruz, 26 de mayo de 2025.\u00a0<\/strong>El Consejo General del Organismo P\u00fablico Local Electoral del Estado de Veracruz (OPLE Veracruz), en sesi\u00f3n extraordinaria, aprob\u00f3\u00a0que las personas del Servicio Profesional Electoral Nacional (SPEN) sean comisionadas a los consejos municipales para el d\u00eda de la jornada electoral y de la sesi\u00f3n de c\u00f3mputo municipal del Proceso Electoral Local Ordinario (PELO) 2024-2025.<\/p>\n<p>Al respecto, el Secretario Ejecutivo del Consejo General del OPLE Veracruz, Luis Fernando Reyes Rocha mencion\u00f3 que en cada Proceso Electoral se debe realizar este Acuerdo, de conformidad con el art\u00edculo 108, Fracci\u00f3n III del C\u00f3digo Electoral, hay una disposici\u00f3n con respecto a la preparaci\u00f3n y vigilancia del Proceso Electoral, que permite que el SPEN pueda coadyuvar.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEs un Acuerdo de manera preventiva, es una previsi\u00f3n del SPEN, para quienes llegasen a salir a campo, si hubiese necesidad, como hist\u00f3ricamente ha pasado, con alg\u00fan c\u00f3mputo en sedes. Es personal que puede apoyar o encabezar varios de los trabajos.
