{"id":477917,"date":"2025-05-24T08:46:18","date_gmt":"2025-05-24T14:46:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/billieparkernoticias.com\/?p=477917"},"modified":"2025-05-24T08:46:18","modified_gmt":"2025-05-24T14:46:18","slug":"fiscalia-anticorrupcion-en-la-agenda-legislativa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fronteraveracruz.com\/?p=477917","title":{"rendered":"FISCAL\u00cdA ANTICORRUPCI\u00d3N; EN LA AGENDA LEGISLATIVA."},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li>CAF\u00c9 DE MA\u00d1ANA .<\/li>\n<li>\/Por Jos\u00e9 Luis Enr\u00edquez Ambell\/<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Son 21 aspirantes a Fiscal Anticorrupci\u00f3n en Veracruz &#8211; organismo aut\u00f3nomo que ha sido todo un sitio de encuentros y desencuentros desde su nacimiento &#8211; y todos ya entrevistados por los diputados miembros de la Comisi\u00f3n Legislativa Permanente de Procuraci\u00f3n de Justicia del Congreso del Estado, y proceder al relevo de Clementina Salazar, y a quien se le vence su periodo.<\/p>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de un proyecto de punto de acuerdo de la Jucopo habr\u00e1 una terna, de donde se designar\u00e1 a una de esas tres personas a quien ser\u00e1 la titular de la fiscal\u00eda especializada en el combate a la corrupci\u00f3n que pertenece a la FGE y con fundamento en la fracci\u00f3n I del art\u00edculo 67 de la constituci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica del estado de Veracruz de Ignacio de la Llave.<\/p>\n<p>Y todo se sabr\u00e1 en definitiva el d\u00eda de la sesi\u00f3n el pr\u00f3ximo martes 27 a las 13:00 horas, como en su momento lo declar\u00f3 el diputado Diego Casta\u00f1eda Aburto, Presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n Legislativa de Procuraci\u00f3n de Justicia, pues a estas horas es probable que dicha comisi\u00f3n ya entreg\u00f3 su informe de entrevistas en raz\u00f3n a la convocatoria de participantes, lo que llevar\u00e1 al an\u00e1lisis minucioso por la Jucopo de todos y cada de los participantes, revisando si se han cumplido los requisitos del procedimiento y llevarlo al Pleno del Congreso y designar a quien durante cinco ocupar\u00e1 la Fiscal\u00eda Anti Corrupci\u00f3n y determinar qui\u00e9n ser\u00e1 la persona &#8211; mujer u hombre &#8211; quien habr\u00e1 de alcanzar la designaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>DE SOBREMESA<\/p>\n<p>\u00a1Primera llamada, primera llamada, a los H. Ayuntamientos 2021-2025 !<\/p>\n<p>En los t\u00e9rminos que establece la Ley, en el mes de noviembre venidero el ORFIS (\u00d3rgano de Fiscalizaci\u00f3n Superior), impartir\u00e1 capacitaci\u00f3n a las autoridades municipales electas el d\u00eda 01 de junio, y posteriormente el organismo aut\u00f3nomo realizar\u00e1 un ejercicio con ambas autoridades,- las salientes y las entrantes,-para asegurar que la entrega-recepci\u00f3n se haga de manera ordenada, responsable y transparente.<\/p>\n<p>Y es que resulta relevante e importante que los servidores p\u00fablicos que concluyen su etapa de administraci\u00f3n sepan que toda la informaci\u00f3n, mobiliario, equipo de c\u00f3mputo, veh\u00edculos y todo instrumento de trabajo son propiedad de los ayuntamientos, y no pueden sustraer los documentos, expedientes, ni ning\u00fan otro bien, ya que todos esos bienes son p\u00fablicos &#8211;
