{"id":476624,"date":"2025-05-15T11:16:54","date_gmt":"2025-05-15T17:16:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/billieparkernoticias.com\/?p=476624"},"modified":"2025-05-15T11:16:54","modified_gmt":"2025-05-15T17:16:54","slug":"consejo-general-del-ople-veracruz-atiende-consulta-sobre-agentes-y-subagentes-municipales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fronteraveracruz.com\/?p=476624","title":{"rendered":"Consejo General del OPLE Veracruz atiende consulta sobre agentes y subagentes municipales"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>*<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Xalapa, Veracruz, 14 de mayo de 2025. <\/strong>El Consejo General del Organismo P\u00fablico Local Electoral del Estado de Veracruz (OPLE Veracruz) atendi\u00f3 la consulta formulada por un ciudadano, en materia de\u00a0agentes y subagentes municipales.<\/p>\n<p>En sesi\u00f3n extraordinaria, con base en la atribuci\u00f3n que le otorga la fracci\u00f3n XXXIII del Art\u00edculo 108 del C\u00f3digo N\u00famero 577 Electoral para el Estado de Veracruz de Ignacio de la Llave, las consejeras y los consejeros electorales atendieron la consulta formulada por un ciudadano, en materia de asistencia de agentes y subagentes municipales a actos proselitistas.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, el Acuerdo indic\u00f3 que, los agentes y subagentes municipales son servidores p\u00fablicos, por lo que se encuentran sujetos a un r\u00e9gimen de responsabilidades en el desempe\u00f1o de esa funci\u00f3n p\u00fablica, tiene el car\u00e1cter de autoridad e inciden en las determinaciones de la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica del municipio.<\/p>\n<p>En otro punto del orden del d\u00eda, el Consejo General del OPLE Veracruz aprob\u00f3 la designaci\u00f3n de diversas personas funcionarias de los consejos municipales, producto de las vacantes generadas, para el Proceso Electoral Local Ordinario 2024-2025.<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, la Consejera Presidenta del OPLE Veracruz, Marisol Alicia Delgadillo Morales tom\u00f3 protesta a las consejer\u00edas presidentas propietarias de los municipios Amatl\u00e1n de los Reyes y Cazones de Herrera.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>* Xalapa, Veracruz, 14 de mayo de 2025.
