{"id":442657,"date":"2024-11-26T14:19:28","date_gmt":"2024-11-26T20:19:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/billieparkernoticias.com\/?p=442657"},"modified":"2024-11-26T14:19:28","modified_gmt":"2024-11-26T20:19:28","slug":"le-cancelan-a-miguel-a-yunes-marquez-orden-de-aprehension-en-veracruz","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fronteraveracruz.com\/?p=442657","title":{"rendered":"Le cancelan a Miguel A Yunes M\u00e1rquez orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en Veracruz."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>*<\/p>\n<p>26.11.2024.- Este martes un juez de Xalapa, Veracruz, cancel\u00f3 la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n emitida contra Miguel \u00c1ngel Yunes M\u00e1rquez, exalcalde de Boca del R\u00edo y actual senador, acusado de utilizar documentos falsos, falsedad ante la autoridad y fraude procesal.<\/p>\n<p>La orden de aprehensi\u00f3n hab\u00eda sido girada el pasado 12 de julio, tras una denuncia de la Fiscal\u00eda de Veracruz por presuntos delitos cometidos durante su mandato como alcalde pero despu\u00e9s de haber votado con Morena la reforma judicial los procesos penales contra el hoy senador y su hermano Fernando Yunes M\u00e1rquez, diputado local, han desaparecido, pues deambulan sin temor por el territorio nacional y de la entidad veracruzana.<\/p>\n<p>El juez de control, identificado como Oscar Luis Lozada Hern\u00e1ndez, notific\u00f3 la resoluci\u00f3n a la jueza de distrito encargada del juicio de amparo tramitado por Yunes M\u00e1rquez.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica\u00a0 se involucr\u00f3 en dejar limpios los expedientes de los yunes y retir\u00f3 la solicitud de extradici\u00f3n que hab\u00eda realizado ante Estados Unidos para que el exfuncionario fuera detenido.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan Miguel A. Yunes M\u00e1rquez las acusaciones en su contra responden a una persecuci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica. La controversia aument\u00f3 cuando, ya como senador, vot\u00f3 a favor de la Reforma al Poder Judicial, lo que gener\u00f3 el rechazo de sus antiguos correligionarios del PAN y de la oposici\u00f3n, pero el resguardo del partido en el poder.<\/p>\n<p>La jueza encargada del caso otorg\u00f3 tres d\u00edas al ministerio p\u00fablico federal y local para que informen sobre el estado procesal de Yunes M\u00e1rquez.
