{"id":439859,"date":"2024-11-14T18:20:42","date_gmt":"2024-11-15T00:20:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/billieparkernoticias.com\/?p=439859"},"modified":"2024-11-14T18:20:42","modified_gmt":"2024-11-15T00:20:42","slug":"avala-congreso-relevo-en-presidencia-municipal-de-playa-vicente","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fronteraveracruz.com\/?p=439859","title":{"rendered":"Avala Congreso relevo en presidencia municipal de Playa Vicente ."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>*Garantiza pleno respeto a la autonom\u00eda municipal y a la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Municipio Libre.<\/p>\n<p>Xalapa, Ver., 14 de noviembre de 2024.- Ante la decisi\u00f3n del presidente municipal suplente de Playa Vicente, Jos\u00e9 Luis Mateos Silverio, de no ocupar el cargo por motivos de salud, el Pleno de la LXVII legislatura aval\u00f3 por unanimidad, el acuerdo de la Junta de Coordinaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica (Jucopo), para que el ciudadano, Elvis Mart\u00ednez Luis, Regidor Cuarto del Ayuntamiento, asuma dicha titularidad, previa protesta de ley ante el Cabildo.<\/p>\n<p>En consecuencia de esta designaci\u00f3n, fue llamado el ciudadano Jes\u00fas Prieto Manzano, Regidor Cuarto suplente, para ejercer las funciones propias del cargo hasta la conclusi\u00f3n del periodo de la actual administraci\u00f3n municipal.<\/p>\n<p>Dicha resoluci\u00f3n deriva de la autorizaci\u00f3n de licencia para separarse del cargo presentada por el presidente municipal propietario de Playa Vicente, concedida por la Diputaci\u00f3n Permanente de la LXVI Legislatura el pasado 24 de octubre.<\/p>\n<p>El acuerdo de la Jucopo, presidida por el diputado Esteban Bautista Hern\u00e1ndez, corresponde al art\u00edculo 25 de la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Municipio Libre, que prev\u00e9 que \u201csi debiere llamarse al suplente y faltare tambi\u00e9n \u00e9ste, el Congreso del Estado o la Diputaci\u00f3n Permanente designar\u00e1n, de entre los dem\u00e1s ediles, a quien deber\u00e1 ejercer el cargo temporalmente o para concluir el per\u00edodo constitucional\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*Garantiza pleno respeto a la autonom\u00eda municipal y a la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Municipio Libre.
