Xalapa, Ver.- Con la Reforma al Poder Judicial desaparecer\u00e1 la independencia judicial, por lo que la noche del martes y con la finalidad de evitar dicha aprobaci\u00f3n, magistrados, magistradas, juzgadores, juzgadoras y las y los y trabajadores del Poder Judicial Federal protestaron en la plaza Lerdo, frente a Palacio de Gobierno.<\/p>\n<p>El objetivo de las protestas y el paro que hay en dicha soberan\u00eda es evitar la desaparici\u00f3n de la independencia judicial, reiteran en arengas, pancartas y performances.<\/p>\n<p>Marcharon por el centro hist\u00f3rico simulando a una justicia aniquilada por una reforma de Justicia mal planteada y politizada, pues no toca a quienes deber\u00edan tocar.<\/p>\n<p>En entrevista, el magistrado Isidro Alc\u00e1ntara Valdez, del Segundo Tribunal Colegiado en Materia Civil, con residencia en Xalapa, resalt\u00f3 que la iniciativa ya fue aprobada en la Comisi\u00f3n de Puntos Constitucionales de la C\u00e1mara de Diputados.<\/p>\n<p>y abund\u00f3: &#8220;De manera que ahora pasar\u00e1 a la siguiente Legislatura que entrar\u00e1 en funciones el 1 de septiembre&#8221;, por lo que a\u00fan tienen la esperanza de que no se apruebe.<\/p>\n<p>Expuso que las protestas, as\u00ed como el paro de labores en dicho poder, son con el objetivo de evitar la reforma en los t\u00e9rminos que se est\u00e1 planteando, ya que de ser as\u00ed, insisti\u00f3, desaparecer\u00e1 la independencia judicial, entre otras consideraciones.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Eso es muy grave, porque impide que un Poder Judicial de la Federaci\u00f3n pueda revisar los actos arbitrarios del Poder Legislativo, del Poder Ejecutivo y de las autoridades, eso es lo grave de que se apruebe esta reforma&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-421093\" src=\"https:\/\/billieparkernoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/WhatsApp-Image-2024-08-27-at-9.55.09-PM-1-169x300.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"169\" height=\"300\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-421095\" src=\"https:\/\/billieparkernoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/WhatsApp-Image-2024-08-27-at-9.40.42-PM-1-300x169.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"489\" height=\"276\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>* Buscan evitar que se apruebe la sesgada reforma al Poder Judicial Federal, argumentan. 27.08.2024.
