Zongolica, Ver. El H. Ayuntamiento de Zongolica llev\u00f3 a cabo la primera reuni\u00f3n de trabajo y capacitaci\u00f3n con las y los Agentes y Subagentes Municipales electos, en un hecho hist\u00f3rico que consolida el avance hacia una gobernanza m\u00e1s incluyente: la aplicaci\u00f3n, por primera vez en el municipio, del principio de paridad de g\u00e9nero en la integraci\u00f3n de las autoridades comunitarias de la Sierra de Zongolica.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
Este ejercicio democr\u00e1tico representa un paso firme hacia el reconocimiento pleno de la voz de las mujeres en la toma de decisiones, garantizando su participaci\u00f3n activa en la construcci\u00f3n del desarrollo comunitario. Por primera ocasi\u00f3n, mujeres de distintas localidades serranas accedieron en igualdad de condiciones a cargos de representaci\u00f3n, fortaleciendo la vida democr\u00e1tica del municipio.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Como resultado de este proceso, la nueva integraci\u00f3n refleja un equilibrio significativo: 8 Agentes Municipales hombres y 7 mujeres, as\u00ed como 73 Subagentes mujeres y 61 hombres, cifras que evidencian un avance sustancial en la inclusi\u00f3n y en la apertura de espacios de liderazgo para las mujeres.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

La jornada fue encabezada por el Presidente Municipal, Ignacio Ram\u00edrez Flores, quien estuvo acompa\u00f1ado por integrantes del Honorable Cabildo y la Presidenta del DIF Municipal, Lic. Natacha Perozo Hurtado, as\u00ed como por funcionarios de distintas \u00e1reas estrat\u00e9gicas del Ayuntamiento y representantes de instituciones federales y de derechos humanos, quienes engregaron a las nuevas autoridades comunitarias, sus respectivas constancias y nombramientos.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Durante su mensaje, el alcalde Lic. Ignacio Ram\u00edrez Flores, destac\u00f3 que la participaci\u00f3n de las mujeres no solo responde a un principio de justicia social, sino que tambi\u00e9n enriquece la toma de decisiones al incorporar perspectivas fundamentales para el bienestar de las familias y comunidades. Subray\u00f3 que escuchar y considerar la voz de las mujeres es clave para construir pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas m\u00e1s sensibles, equitativas y eficaces.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

En el desarrollo de la capacitaci\u00f3n, titulares de diversas Direcciones y Coordinaciones del Ayuntamiento expusieron las funciones, atribuciones y alcances de cada \u00e1rea, refrendando su disposici\u00f3n para trabajar de manera coordinada con las nuevas autoridades comunitarias, en un esquema de colaboraci\u00f3n institucional cercano y permanente.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

El Gobierno Municipal reconoci\u00f3 el compromiso de las y los Agentes y Subagentes electos, resaltando que este primer encuentro no solo fortalece las capacidades de gesti\u00f3n local, sino que tambi\u00e9n marca el inicio de una etapa donde la participaci\u00f3n de las mujeres ser\u00e1 determinante en la construcci\u00f3n de acuerdos y en la soluci\u00f3n de las problem\u00e1ticas comunitarias.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
