{"id":166832,"date":"2025-01-27T19:27:15","date_gmt":"2025-01-28T01:27:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/latiajusta.com.mx\/?p=166832"},"modified":"2025-01-27T19:27:15","modified_gmt":"2025-01-28T01:27:15","slug":"la-torta-el-platillo-mexicano-que-conquista-al-mundo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fronteraveracruz.com\/?p=166832","title":{"rendered":"La torta, el platillo mexicano que conquista al mundo"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"entry-info-header-block\">\n<h1 class=\"entry-title\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: 'PT Serif', serif;\">**La torta es uno de los platillos emblem\u00e1ticos de M\u00e9xico, reconocido por la plataforma culinaria Taste Atlas<\/span><\/h1>\n<p>Con su mezcla de sabores salados y picosos y su facilidad para degustarla a cualquier hora del d\u00eda, la\u00a0<strong>torta<\/strong>\u00a0es uno de los p<strong>latillos emblem\u00e1ticos de M\u00e9xico<\/strong>\u00a0ahora reconocido como el\u00a0<strong>octavo mejor s\u00e1ndwich<\/strong>\u00a0del mundo en el top 100 de la plataforma culinaria\u00a0<strong>Taste Atlas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Dentro de este platillo, solo superado en Latinoam\u00e9rica por el sexto lugar que alcanz\u00f3 el jibarito cubano, destaca la\u00a0<strong>torta ahogada<\/strong>\u00a0de\u00a0<strong>Guadalajara<\/strong>\u00a0porque se come empapada en una salsa especial y tiene un estilo inigualable que solo le dan ingredientes originarios de Jalisco.<\/p>\n<p>La torta ahogada naci\u00f3 a mediados del siglo XX y consiste en un pan conocido como \u2018birote salado\u2019 cuya textura es posible por la humedad y la calidad del agua de la regi\u00f3n que le da un aspecto crocante por fuera y un interior suave con un ligero sabor a sal.<\/p>\n<p>El birote lleva dentro trozos de \u2018carnitas\u2019, carne de puerco frita en una cacerola de cobre, aunque tambi\u00e9n se usan otras partes de ese animal, adem\u00e1s hay quien le pone una capa de frijoles refritos como base, explic\u00f3 a EFE Jorge Esquivel, heredero de \u2018Tortas el cartero\u2019, negocio iniciado por su padre en la d\u00e9cada de 1980.<\/p>\n<p>El pan se ba\u00f1a con una salsa de tomate rojo y especias, generalmente caliente, adem\u00e1s de un poco de salsa picosa, seg\u00fan el gusto de cada comensal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Daniel Pimentel<\/strong>\u00a0es due\u00f1o de las \u2018<strong>Tortas Dany<\/strong>\u2019, unas de las m\u00e1s reconocidas de la ciudad y de las m\u00e1s recomendadas en Taste Atlas, que en 2024 nombr\u00f3 a Guadalajara como la mejor urbe de Latinoam\u00e9rica para comer.<\/p>\n<p>El hombre dijo a EFE que su receta naci\u00f3 con la experimentaci\u00f3n y ha permanecido intacta desde hace 36 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYo solo aprend\u00ed, me cost\u00f3 trabajillo, pero igual tenemos clientes de mucho tiempo y gracias a Dios vienen y dicen: siguen igual.
