{"id":166105,"date":"2025-01-13T21:44:34","date_gmt":"2025-01-14T03:44:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/latiajusta.com.mx\/?p=166105"},"modified":"2025-01-13T21:44:34","modified_gmt":"2025-01-14T03:44:34","slug":"el-ine-regula-propaganda-y-tiempos-de-medios-en-elecciones-judiciales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fronteraveracruz.com\/?p=166105","title":{"rendered":"El INE regula propaganda y tiempos de medios en elecciones judiciales"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"entry-info-header-block\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"entry-excerpt px-0 pb-3\">\n<p>El INE no prohibi\u00f3 la propaganda gubernamental durante el periodo prohibido en las pr\u00f3ximas elecciones judiciales<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>El Instituto Nacional Electoral (INE)<\/strong>\u00a0no prohibir\u00e1 la propaganda gubernamental durante el periodo prohibido en las elecciones judiciales, ya que la mayor\u00eda de los consejeros electorales estimaron que la ley no es clara sobre su aceptaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>\u00danicamente en los estados\u00a0<strong>Veracruz y Durango<\/strong>\u00a0estar\u00e1 prohibida la distribuci\u00f3n de esta propaganda, al tener elecciones locales en este mismo a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>En la sesi\u00f3n del\u00a0<strong>Consejo General,<\/strong>\u00a0se decidi\u00f3 que los m\u00e1s de 40 minutos diarios de tiempo en radio y televisi\u00f3n se destinen a mensajes gen\u00e9ricos sobre las elecciones.<\/p>\n<p>La promoci\u00f3n del proceso electoral tendr\u00e1 un mayor enfoque en la<strong>\u00a0elecci\u00f3n de ministros y magistrados,<\/strong>\u00a0mientras que las candidaturas para jueces de distrito y magistrados de circuito recibir\u00e1n menor atenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Los partidos pol\u00edticos que tienen derecho a tiempo en medios de comunicaci\u00f3n como parte de sus prerrogativas, perder\u00e1n ese tiempo si no presentan materiales. En ese caso, el INE podr\u00e1 utilizar esos minutos para difundir\u00a0<strong>informaci\u00f3n sobre el proceso electoral,<\/strong>\u00a0conforme al reglamento vigente.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, el INE estableci\u00f3 restricciones para los candidatos, prohibiendo la contrataci\u00f3n y difusi\u00f3n de encuestas o sondeos.
