la Secretar\u00eda de las Mujeres<\/strong>; y la\u00a0<strong>Agencia de Transformaci\u00f3n Digital y Telecomunicaciones<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n, se plantea la renombrada Secretar\u00eda de la Funci\u00f3n P\u00fablica como\u00a0<strong>Secretar\u00eda Anticorrupci\u00f3n y Buen Gobierno<\/strong>, con la misi\u00f3n de fortalecer los controles y sanciones contra la corrupci\u00f3n en la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p>Entre los cambios destacados, la creaci\u00f3n de la Secretar\u00eda de las Mujeres implicar\u00e1 una mayor capacidad para enfrentar desigualdades y violencias estructurales, mientras que la nueva Agencia de Transformaci\u00f3n Digital y Telecomunicaciones busca implementar tecnolog\u00edas para acercar los derechos y servicios del Estado a la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>La propuesta tambi\u00e9n incluye modificaciones en diversas secretar\u00edas, como en la\u00a0<strong>Secretar\u00eda de Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales<\/strong>, que asumir\u00eda un rol m\u00e1s activo en la gesti\u00f3n de residuos s\u00f3lidos y econom\u00eda circular.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, la<strong>\u00a0Secretar\u00eda de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural<\/strong>\u00a0se enfocar\u00e1 en la soberan\u00eda alimentaria y en fortalecer el marco regulatorio del sector agroalimentario, el cual no ha sido revisado a fondo desde 1976, as\u00ed como otorgarle facultades para emitir normas oficiales mexicanas para regular el sector.<\/p>\n<p>Otros cambios incluyen la ampliaci\u00f3n de las funciones de la Secretar\u00eda de Salud, que tomar\u00eda un papel central en la prevenci\u00f3n de enfermedades y la atenci\u00f3n integral de la salud p\u00fablica en el pa\u00eds, y la modificaci\u00f3n de la Secretar\u00eda de Relaciones Exteriores para fortalecer la presencia internacional de M\u00e9xico en temas de diplomacia.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n, designa a la\u00a0<strong>Secretar\u00eda de Hacienda<\/strong>\u00a0como la encargada de imponer el modelo organizacional de las dependencias y la operaci\u00f3n de sus unidades de administraci\u00f3n y finanzas.<\/p>\n<p>La propuesta iniciar\u00e1 su proceso de revisi\u00f3n en la Comisi\u00f3n de Gobernaci\u00f3n y Poblaci\u00f3n, donde se prev\u00e9 que legisladores debatan los impactos de esta reorganizaci\u00f3n estructural, que seg\u00fan el Gobierno apunta a modernizar y hacer m\u00e1s eficiente la gesti\u00f3n p\u00fablica del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>Con informaci\u00f3n de EFE &#8211;
